Life.

There are some things in life that will make it hard for you to smile, but through all the pain — things you don’t want to happen — you have to accept it, and keep on smiling. There are things you don’t want to know, but you have to learn. And there are people you can’t live without, but you have to let go. You just have to believe that what happens is what’s supposed to happen, and, well, you can’t change that, even if you tried.

After a while, you just can’t cry anymore, so just dry the tears, and hope that tomorrow will be a better day. Everything happens for a reason. Nothing happens by chance or by means of good luck. Illness, injury, love, lost moments of true greatness, and sheer stupidity all occur to test the limits of your soul. Without these small tests, whatever they may be, life would be more like a smoothly paved, straight, flat road to nowhere — yes, it would be safe and comfortable, but dull and pointless.

Time.

There is a time for everything including happiness and sadness. God has a plan for us but sometimes we have to go through the fire again to quench our thirst for a relationship with Him…

Ecclesiastes 3:1-8
To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:
A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted;
A time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up;
A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance;
A time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing.
A time to get, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away;
A time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak;
A time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace.
